Lessons I’ve learned from night #1 of the the Spring Up The Creek Improv Camp improv festival thus far…
1. When your group warms up (Ba Da Da & Zip Zap Zop) outside of the Creek @ midnight, people living in the apartments above might have the urge to pour water on said ‘group’.
2. When you follow the improv group ‘North Coast’ (an amazing act) at 1 a.m. to improvise (Vicars & Tarts), it almost always least to Porn-prov (scenes about sex, masturbation, ejaculations & murder [snuff-prov?]).
3. Closing down the bar and drinking at the Creek until 4 am means you wont get home til 6 a.m. …and that’s just the first night of the festival. 2 days left! So stoked.
